This pilot plant set-up enables us to more efficiently support and advise our customers on the analysis and lecithinization of powders, and particularly on instantization.

Through in-house trials using customer samples, we can specifically optimise lecithin blends and compounds, as well as their dosages – without long lead times or costly testing on production lines.

Instant properties such as solubility, wettability, or foaming can be specifically tailored to the requirements of your particular product.
In addition to customer projects, the facility creates scope for proactive developments – from new lecithin blends to functional optimisations.
